My Approach

I believe that everyone ‘almost’ always has all the resources they need to live the life they want. My role is to work with them to find what is in the way and how to go beyond it. I meet each client where they are and can identify on which level change is needed: conscious, subconscious, or/family/organizational system. Each client is held with compassion, admiration, and reverence.

With more than ten years of experience, I offer a wide range of expertise in coaching, transformational Neuro Linguistic Programming, Family Constellations, training, program creation and management, talent development, systemic approach, and analysis of organizations and teams, and strategic thinking.
